Registration is $45 until December 31. On January 1 Registration raises to $50.

The Zeffy donation is voluntary. Give any amount you wish. Tips are non-refundable.
This keeps our costs down as well as your registration costs in the future.

Vendor Note
All vendors must have a registration. Your helpers must also have a registration for security reasons. Therefore, buy your registration with table, then buy a registration for each helper. You will be able to do this all on the credit card page.

Cancellations or Refunds

1.    All reservations and payments for the RPM-Valley Forge Meet including lunch are Final. 

2.    I understand that I am holding a "spot," so reservations for the RPM-Valley Forge, are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend, I understand that I can transfer to a friend upon written notice and acceptance by the Registrar and/or the Treasurer.

3.    If the RPM-Valley Forge event is cancelled and after other pre-paid expenses defrayed, a portion up to the original amount, will be refunded to those who pre-paid their registrations.
